General Introduction

This notice is provided to those individuals, whether they are natural persons or legal entities, who fill out the online forms on the website and/or subscribe to the newsletter of Mangiando Sano Italiano s.r.l. pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 679/2016 – “European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data”.

The Data Controller is Mangiando Sano Italiano s.r.l., represented by its Legal Representative pro-tempore, with Legal and Operational Headquarters (Factory) at Piazza del Molino 1 – 10060 Garzigliana (To) and email addresses amministrazione@30tuorli.it and PEC mangiandosanoitalianosrl@pec.it, VAT/ Fiscal Code 11617950016 registered with the Companies Register of Turin.

Purpose/Type of Data Processed/Retention Period

As provided for by the European Union Regulation No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), and in particular in articles 13 and 14, the following information required by law regarding the processing of personal data is provided to the data subject.

Mangiando Sano Italiano s.r.l. will process data for the following purposes within its activity:

Purpose 1: responding to requests made through the forms on the website. Legal basis for processing: fulfillment of requests from the data subject. Data retention period: for the time necessary to complete the request.

Purpose 2: newsletter subscription. Legal basis for processing: fulfillment of the data subject’s request. Data retention period: until the data subject requests cancellation.

Purpose 3: purposes of judicial protection, to prevent or prosecute offenses. Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest in protecting our rights and preventing offenses. Data retention period: is equal to the time reasonably necessary to enforce our rights from the moment we become aware of the offense or its potential commission.

The data processed by the Controller for the aforementioned purposes are: name, surname, company name or business name, address, nationality, municipality and province of residence, landline/mobile phone and fax numbers, email account.

For the purposes of points 1) and 3), providing the data is mandatory, failing which it will be impossible to respond to the data subject’s requests and/or provide judicial protection.

Recipients or any categories of recipients of personal data

For one or more of the aforementioned purposes, Mangiando Sano Italiano S.R.L. may communicate data to these recipients:

• external consultants

• service providers

• Judicial Authority or administrative bodies

• group companies

With the exception of the Judicial Authority and administrative bodies, all the above-mentioned recipients will process the data pursuant to an agreement under Article 28 GDPR, as data processors.

The identification of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated may be made upon simple request to the Data Controller.

Data Processing Methods – Tools and Logic

Processing is carried out using manual, computerized, and telematic tools strictly related to the aforementioned purposes (customer and supplier databases, etc.), and in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, with your commitment to promptly communicate any corrections, modifications, and updates.

This processing will be carried out internally by designated data processors.

In addition to the above, data cannot be disseminated and/or transferred abroad except following the precautions provided by the Regulation.

Mangiando Sano Italiano S.R.L. states that there is no automated decision-making process regarding the data.

Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller:

a) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:

1. the purposes of the processing;

2. the categories of personal data concerned;

3. the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;

4. where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

5. the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;

6. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

7. where the data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;

8. the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

9. the appropriate safeguards provided by the third country (non-EU) or international organization for the transferred data, if any.
